What you will do

• Build and maintain platform features such as managed databases and tracing infrastructure
• Consult with engineering teams to help architect and run their applications on the platform
• Tackle scalability and performance issues in platform components
• Handle incidents and participate in on-call rotations
• Operate and improve the platform used by hundreds of developers deploying products to over 100 million users

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid work with presence in London office twice a week
• Experience with Kubernetes and running services like LGTM stack, Postgres, or Kafka on Kubernetes
• Product-oriented mindset focused on developer needs
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly and work through ambiguous problems
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
• Team player working closely with peers and stakeholders
