What you will do
- Create and implement effective sales strategies to migrate existing Deploy & Inventory customers to hirify.global Connect.
- Hire, coach, and develop Migration AEs through regular 1:1s, team trainings, and reviews.
- Establish clear process and accountability across the migration funnel.
- Partner with Sales Engineers to ensure strong discovery, compelling demos, and high-quality proofs of value.
- Drive consistent execution through pricing-model change conversations by coaching reps on value-based selling.
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Support to ensure in-flight migrations are set up for adoption and minimize churn risk.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B SaaS sales leadership, with a track record of building and scaling a repeatable sales motion.
- 2+ years’ experience in a Manager or Team Lead capacity, coaching and developing reps across the full sales cycle.
- Strong command of pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM discipline (Salesforce).
- Comfort leading deals that involve change management, technical validation, security review, and procurement processes.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and drive alignment across Sales, SE, CS, Product, and RevOps.
- US work authorization required; the company does not sponsor employment visas such as H-1B.
