TL;DR

Sales Manager (SaaS): Leading a team to migrate and expand existing customers to a new product, focusing on building repeatable conversion motions and coaching Migration Account Executives. Focus on creating process, enablement, and operating cadence while ensuring customer outcomes and hirify.global growth.

Location: Remote from the US states: AR, AZ, CO, CT, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, KY, MD, MI, MN, MO, NC, NH, OK, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI.

What you will do

  • Create and implement effective sales strategies to migrate existing Deploy & Inventory customers to hirify.global Connect.
  • Hire, coach, and develop Migration AEs through regular 1:1s, team trainings, and reviews.
  • Establish clear process and accountability across the migration funnel.
  • Partner with Sales Engineers to ensure strong discovery, compelling demos, and high-quality proofs of value.
  • Drive consistent execution through pricing-model change conversations by coaching reps on value-based selling.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success and Support to ensure in-flight migrations are set up for adoption and minimize churn risk.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B SaaS sales leadership, with a track record of building and scaling a repeatable sales motion.
  • 2+ years’ experience in a Manager or Team Lead capacity, coaching and developing reps across the full sales cycle.
  • Strong command of pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM discipline (Salesforce).
  • Comfort leading deals that involve change management, technical validation, security review, and procurement processes.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and drive alignment across Sales, SE, CS, Product, and RevOps.
  • US work authorization required; the company does not sponsor employment visas such as H-1B.
