What you will do

• Lead the design vision for AI initiatives, collaborating with product, engineering, and marketing teams.
• Shape the user experience from concept to final mockup through storyboards, user flows, and prototypes.
• Communicate compelling ideas to stakeholders and generate detailed design specifications.
• Promote interface guidelines, mentor design staff, and drive experimentation with AI tools.
• Create inclusive designs for all users and advocate for accessibility.
• Work with development and quality teams to deliver polished final products.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience designing and delivering products as part of cross-functional teams.
• Experience designing for platforms where automation meets AI (Salesforce experience preferred).
• Deep understanding of user-centered design methods and best practices.
• Expert knowledge of design tools such as Figma and adaptability to new tools.
• Experience developing globally accessible software for diverse users and designing within design systems.
• BA/BS or MA/MS in a design-related field, or equivalent experience.
