What you will do

• Support partners during and after onboarding to ensure effective use of hirify.global’s platform and methodologies.
• Act as a strategic and technical advisor to partners on DevOps engagements and architectural direction.
• Maintain ongoing partner relationships to align with hirify.global’s roadmap and certification progress.
• Collaborate with Technical Account Managers, Professional Services, and Product teams for consistent delivery.
• Identify and mitigate delivery risks in partner-led projects.
• Collect partner feedback to influence product and engineering roadmaps.
• Promote DevOps best practices through workshops and enablement sessions.

Requirements

• Location: Must be onsite in New Orleans, LA, United States
• English: B2 level or higher
• 10+ years experience in Salesforce ecosystem or related cloud technologies.
• 5+ years experience in DevOps, architecture, or partner-facing roles.
• Strong hirify.global expertise with hands-on implementation experience.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools like JIRA, Rally, Azure DevOps.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce data management tools and scripting.
• Basic understanding of security and compliance in deployment pipelines.
