Location: Onsite in Limassol, Cyprus with full relocation support

What you will do

  • Deliver complex backend features and services meeting high standards of quality and performance.
  • Write clean, secure, and efficient code with thorough testing and debugging.
  • Conduct code reviews and improve team practices and documentation.
  • Address architectural and performance challenges in high-load environments.
  • Drive technical decisions and improvements across the department.
  • Support onboarding and growth of team members.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be onsite in Limassol, Cyprus or willing to relocate with full support
  • 5+ years of backend development experience with Go and Python preferred.
  • Experience with high-load, concurrency, microservices, and financial software development.
  • Strong skills in SQL, testing, DevOps tools, and software architecture.
  • Ability to use advanced English for work and business purposes.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience with LLM systems, prompt engineering, and AI integrations.
  • Experience in distributed systems and market-based software.
