What you will do

• Lead and develop highly technical teams for application system development, production support, and testing.
• Plan, coordinate, and lead software development activities, setting priorities and providing technical direction.
• Participate in divisional planning, budgeting, and forecasting, managing resources and achieving performance indicators.
• Build strong relationships with internal teams, partners, and clients, acting as a senior subject matter expert.
• Ensure application system development processes comply with corporate and regulatory standards.
• Contribute to strategy, risk management, productivity, and quality management within the team, driving process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent relevant experience.
• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience, including 5-6 years in a managerial position.
• Experience with AWS cloud migration and Java/J2EE background.
