What you will do

• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resources for mainframe projects.
• Utilize expertise in IBM Mainframe technologies including zOS, AS400, JCL, COBOL, REXX, and SAS.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and vendors.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
• Optimize project costs and manage budgeting and forecasting.
• Lead and motivate project teams, driving process improvements and change management.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Texas, USA or able to work remotely from Texas
• English: B2 level or higher required
• Advanced proficiency in IBM Mainframe operating systems and languages (zOS, AS400, JCL, COBOL, REXX, SAS).
• Strong project management, stakeholder management, risk management, and vendor relationship skills.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, change management, and team leadership.
• Valid US work authorization without visa sponsorship requirement.

Nice to have

• Experience with DB2, IMS, Oracle, and MySQL in mainframe environments.
