What you will do

• Lead end-to-end program planning, execution, and delivery.
• Develop program roadmaps, timelines, budgets, and status reporting.
• Drive change management activities including impact assessments and stakeholder engagement.
• Create and deliver training and readiness materials to support adoption.
• Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies across teams.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and executive updates.

Requirements

• Location: Must work remotely within EST time zone.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field.
• 5–10+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience in organizational change management preferred (e.g., Prosci/ADKAR).
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.
• PMP, PgMP, or Prosci certifications preferred.
