What you will do

• Lead end-to-end change management initiatives across compliance operations with clear prioritization and standardized processes
• Design and optimize operational procedures with quality improvement programs and detailed documentation
• Drive complex cross-functional programs involving Financial Crimes, Compliance, and Technology teams
• Identify operational risks, ensure control effectiveness, and promote consistent decision-making
• Manage milestones, track success metrics, and assess portfolio performance regularly
• Build and maintain strategic relationships and communication across organizational levels

Requirements

• Must have 5+ years experience in compliance operations or regulatory environments with strong operational risk management knowledge
• Experience in financial technology or payments industry preferred
• Proven leadership in managing complex, cross-functional programs with measurable results
• Strong stakeholder management skills across Product, Technology, and Compliance teams
• Analytical skills to interpret operational metrics and drive process improvements
• Ability to manage multiple detailed workstreams while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines in regulated environments
