What you will do

• Collaborate with stakeholders to capture business objectives and translate them into functional and non-functional requirements.
• Assess data readiness and work closely with data scientists and architects on AI solution design.
• Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and detailed process flows using design tools.
• Prioritize product features based on business value, feasibility, and technical constraints.
• Support model training, validation, and ensure adherence to Responsible AI and regulatory standards.
• Define performance KPIs and track ongoing improvements for deployed AI solutions.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience in business analysis or related roles.
• Strong proficiency in Generative AI fundamentals.
• Proven experience within the Banking and Insurance domains.
• Proficiency in using Figma and Miro for process visualization and documentation.
• Fluent in Arabic (verbal and written).
