What you will do

• Ensure complete end-to-end lineage for critical data elements and sub-domains.
• Collaborate with data owners and stewards to maintain accurate and complete data catalogs with defined usage and accuracy rules.
• Contribute to the business data model for investment domains based on business requirements.
• Partner with Corporate Technology to deliver a next-generation data platform for the business.
• Manage interactions between operational and technology teams, translating business needs into technical requirements.
• Establish KPIs and track data governance adoption and issue resolution time using reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3+ years as an Investment Data Product Analyst or similar role.
• 3+ years of experience in financial services, insurance, or a related industry.
• 3+ years of experience with Investment Data needs across various instruments (public, private, structured assets).
• 3+ years of proficiency in SQL and data manipulation tools (e.g., Python, R).
• Ability to understand logic embedded in ETL tools (e.g., Informatica) and stored procedures.

Nice to have

• Experience with data governance tools such as Collibra, Alation, and Data360.
• Data Modelling, Data Governance or Data Science training and certification.
• Experience with Eagle STAR, Eagle Pace, and Eagle DataMart.
• Strong understanding of financial instruments, investment management workflows, and data governance principles.
• Project planning experience.
