Senior Territory Account Executive (Cybersecurity): Developing and executing territory plans to exceed sales targets and manage complex B2B SaaS deals with an accent on new business acquisition, customer expansion, and retention within high-growth accounts. Focus on leveraging technical understanding of hirify.global's solutions, crafting compelling value propositions, and building strategic relationships with C-suite executives and cross-functional teams.

Location: Hybrid. Must be based in North Carolina, South Carolina, or Virginia, USA.

What you will do

  • Develop and execute territory plans to exceed quarterly sales targets and annual quotas.
  • Manage new business acquisition, customer expansion (upsell/cross-sell), and renewals.
  • Build a robust sales pipeline through outbound, BDR, Channel, and Marketing Inbound funnels.
  • Leverage technical understanding to drive consultative sales motions and communicate compelling value propositions.
  • Accurately forecast and manage sales processes, including contract negotiations.
  • Build long-term strategic relationships with key accounts and multi-thread with various business units.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience.
  • Strong B2B discovery skills and ability to customize client-centric narratives.
  • Track record of exceeding annual targets of $1M+ and managing complex six-figure deals.
  • Experienced in multithreading into the C-suite and across an organization.
  • Self-motivated entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Proficiency with SFDC, Tableau, G-suite, MSFT suite.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
