What you will do

  • Act as a primary point of contact for candidates, recruiters, and internal partners, championing hirify.global's culture.
  • Coordinate a high volume of sophisticated scheduling requests for various interview stages.
  • Organize information in Greenhouse and use ModernLoop for interview scheduling and management.
  • Partner with Executive Assistants and the recruiting team to support all functions.
  • Drive process improvements and enhance candidate experience, contributing to recruitment strategy evolution.
  • Handle Tier 1 Recruiting Requests in FreshService, scoping, solving, and responding to internal tickets.
  • Improve ATS data quality by identifying gaps, recommending solutions, and completing data hygiene projects.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of recruiting coordination experience or equivalent.
  • A great team player mentality.
  • Knowledge of the recruiting process and experience navigating an ATS.
  • A customer service mentality, optimizing for candidate and partner experience.
  • Comfortable making timely decisions, sometimes with incomplete information and under tight deadlines.
  • Must attend in-person onboarding.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Greenhouse ATS, ModernLoop Scheduling Tool, Google Suite, Slack, and Asana.
  • Naturally curious and asks questions/captures evidence to identify the root cause of an issue.
  • Proven track record to prioritize tasks.
