What you will do

• Redesign and optimize backend architecture for performance, resilience, and scalability
• Analyze and improve service interactions and data flows in distributed systems
• Investigate and resolve critical production issues including debugging complex multi-service problems
• Work with message queues, asynchronous processing, and background jobs to build resilient systems
• Manage MongoDB and Elasticsearch data consistency and schema evolution
• Participate in technical leadership, documentation, and autonomous decision-making

Requirements

• Remote: Must be located in LATAM region
• 5+ years of software development experience with strong backend fundamentals
• Strong .NET development skills and experience with distributed systems and microservices
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, and message brokers like RabbitMQ
• Strong debugging skills for complex production issues and ability to work autonomously
• English: Written and spoken proficiency assumed at B2 level or higher

Nice to have

• Python skills and experience with AI integration, LLMs, and generative AI
• Experience with RAG architectures, vector databases, and AI SDKs
• DevOps practices including CI/CD and infrastructure as code
• API design and documentation experience
• System performance optimization and cost reduction background
