What you will do
- Lead platform outreach and responses to RFPs for hirify.global’s DLT.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in DLT and related sectors.
- Develop and implement market penetration and expansion strategies.
- Collaborate with sales teams, relationship managers, and senior executives on business development initiatives.
- Manage internal projects and develop frameworks for team management.
Requirements
- Location: Must be able to work onsite in New York with hybrid schedule (Monday-Thursday in office, Friday remote).
- 15+ years experience in business development and relationship management, preferably in wealth technology or private markets.
- Proven track record building strategic partnerships with C-suite executives and investors.
- Experience with SaaS offerings and wealth tech platforms.
- Excellent communication skills and strategic mindset.
- Preferred: Series 7 and 63 licenses, MBA or graduate degree, blockchain application experience.
