What you will do

• Respond promptly and professionally to inbound inquiries via phone, email, website forms, and live chat to maximize conversion rates.
• Use a consultative sales approach to understand business needs and align them with hirify.global’s solutions.
• Qualify and route inbound leads to appropriate sales teams ensuring seamless handoffs and set up sales meetings.
• Build rapport with prospects and provide real-time responses to maximize engagement.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and analyze inquiry trends to optimize sales strategies.

Requirements

• Must be able to work onsite five days per week at Schaumburg, IL location.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience with 1+ years in payroll, HR, sales, or customer-facing roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a consultative sales approach.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and sales engagement platforms.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and manage time effectively.
