Location: Full-time, on-site position based 5 days a week at our Downtown LA studio.

Salary: $134,640 - $162,325 a year

What you will do

  • Develop and implement user acquisition strategies across diverse channels, driving diversification for optimized outcomes.
  • Formulate localized market strategies and tactics for major geos and regions.
  • Collaborate with ASO Managers and the Marketing Creatives team to enhance App Store Optimization and creative strategies.
  • Define and implement comprehensive strategies for new user acquisition, re-engagement, and retargeting across Mobile and PC platforms.
  • Spearhead the development of a Growth Marketing Automation function, enhancing processes and scalability.
  • Conduct thorough SWOT and competitor analyses for a portfolio of titles and collaborate with the Data team for reporting and projections.
  • Actively lead cross-team projects across product, analytics, and growth, ensuring clear communication between teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6+ years of experience in growth marketing, with a strong focus on the mobile gaming industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing impactful user acquisition, monetization, and retention strategies.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management abilities, including mentoring junior team members.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, generating actionable insights, and utilizing data to drive strategic decisions.
  • Experience in ad monetization, ASO, and creative strategy, including platforms like AppsFlyer, DSPs, Influencers, Meta Ads, TikTok, and Google Ads.
  • Must be based 5 days a week at our Downtown LA studio.
