Salary: $272,000–$306,000 USD annually (California range)

What you will do

• Drive SOC evolution by streamlining incident response, reducing false alarms, and enhancing threat detection.
• Maintain continuous monitoring and evaluation of security operations, investigations, automation, threat hunting, and forensic technologies.
• Collaborate with Security and Software Engineering teams to implement robust monitoring and detection across hirify.global's products and services.
• Lead efforts to combat online cryptocurrency scams affecting the broader crypto industry.
• Develop and lead a distributed team of security professionals.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Information Security with commitment to onsite presence 10-12 days per month.
• Deep understanding of cybersecurity concepts, frameworks, and methodologies.
• Experience with security tools such as SIEM, SOAR, EDR, API Security, and SSE.
• Proven leadership in empowering and developing security operations teams.
• Strong analytical and communication skills to make critical decisions and collaborate across teams.
• Ability to anticipate evolving security threats and adapt security posture proactively.
