What you will do

• Execute CRO roadmap based on data, insights, and hypotheses in collaboration with CRO Director.
• Configure, implement, and QA experiments using Adobe Target, VWO, and personalization tools, including front-end coding.
• Optimize pages and forms to improve full-funnel digital performance.
• Use user research and data to inform test concepts and variants.
• Define, monitor, and analyze success metrics ensuring robust experiment tracking.
• Manage testing timelines, backlog, and collaborate with site authors to implement winning variants.

Requirements

• Must be located in Alberta, British Columbia, or Ontario, Canada.
• 5+ years experience in A/B testing and personalization frameworks with strong web funnel understanding.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Adobe Experience Manager instrumentation.
• Experience with Adobe Target, VWO, Mutiny, and data visualization tools like GA4, Looker, Tableau.
• Strong analytical skills and effective communication across diverse teams.

Nice to have

• Experience in B2B environments or similar acquisition flows.
• Familiarity with hirify.global products such as CDP.
