What you will do

• Own marketing strategy and ensure alignment with brand and sportsbook goals.
• Plan and execute acquisition campaigns across digital, social, and offline channels.
• Manage campaign delivery end-to-end, ensuring compliance and effectiveness.
• Monitor and optimise campaign performance using data-driven approaches.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies for seamless execution.
• Research market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.

Requirements

• Based in or able to work from Gibraltar.
• 3+ years sportsbook marketing experience, including managerial role.
• Deep knowledge of sports betting and UK/Irish sports calendar.
• Expertise in digital and offline marketing channels and compliance.
• Strong analytical skills with experience tracking ROI, CPA, and ARPU.
• Experience managing external agencies and media partners.
