What you will do

• Lead external and internal communications for hirify.global Estonia.
• Develop and execute strategies to position hirify.global as a top employer in Estonia’s tech industry.
• Organize and manage presence at career fairs and IT conferences.
• Manage hirify.global Estonia’s social media channels (Facebook, Instagram) with engaging content.
• Drive local Corporate Social Responsibility projects and contribute to global programs.
• Collaborate with global teams to lead internal and global People and Culture communications.

Requirements

• Proactive, independent, and confident in decision-making.
• Strong relationship-building skills across all levels and functions.
• Fluency in Estonian (native level) and English (both written and spoken).
• Hands-on experience in employer branding, communications, or related fields.
• Higher education (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in marketing, communications, business, or a relevant area, or equivalent practical experience.
• Analytical mindset to drive strategy and improvements.

Nice to have

• Experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation.
• Certifications in communications, marketing, or related fields.
• Knowledge of the Estonian tech industry or labor market.
