What you will do

  • Provide first-level technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues related to software, hardware, or network systems.
  • Document and track customer interactions and technical issues in the support system.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior technical support or engineering teams.
  • Assist in maintaining a knowledge base of common customer issues and solutions.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective support.
  • Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and customer service practices.

Requirements

  • English: Strong communication skills required (both written and verbal).
  • Basic understanding of IT systems, software, and networks.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose basic technical issues.
  • Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within the company.
  • Ability to work on shifts (including weekends, public holidays, and night shifts).
  • 1+ year of experience in a technical environment in a Customer Technical Support role is a plus.
