Location: New York, United States. Employees are expected to work from a designated Microsoft office at least four days a week if they live within 50 miles.

Salary: USD $165,600 – $272,300 per year (New York City metropolitan area).

hirify.global is responsible for Microsoft’s consumer AI propositions including Copilot, Bing, MSN, Microsoft Advertising, and Edge, as well as developing proprietary foundational AI models.

What you will do

• Lead large strategy projects and provide guidance to smaller initiatives.
• Communicate and advocate insights to senior business leaders.
• Conduct market-based research and create initial framing for strategic questions.
• Perform valuation analysis using methods such as discounted cash flow (DCF).
• Synthesize findings to develop recommendations and ideas for growth opportunities.
• Convey viewpoints through written documents and influence models to deliver project findings to senior executives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Liberal Arts, Computer Science, or related field AND 6+ years of marketing, strategy, business planning, consulting, banking, finance, economics, and/or partner organization experience OR Master’s Degree and 4+ years of experience.
• 4+ years of experience presenting complex technical concepts into understandable and compelling positions.
• 6+ years of experience working with executive stakeholders.
• 4+ years of experience in strategy, management consulting and/or investment banking.
• English: B2+ required.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s Degree and 12+ years or Master’s Degree and 8+ years of experience in related fields.
• Experience in Banking related to Digital Advertising and/or AI monetization.
