What you will do

• Assist in monitoring and handling risk management cases across fraud prevention, AML, KYC, and payments.
• Review and process routine chargeback cases, account verifications, and fund recovery requests.
• Support senior team members in investigating suspicious activities and escalating complex cases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate information flow and timely resolution of risk-related issues.
• Maintain accurate records of investigations and prepare basic reports for internal tracking.
• Stay informed about emerging financial crime trends and regulatory requirements through training.

Requirements

• Fluent in English.
• Fluent in Brazilian Portuguese.
• 2 years of previous experience in a similar role.
• Excellent knowledge of the risk and payments field.
• Possess strong decision-making and communication skills.
• Are a team player with leadership skills.
