What you will do

• Conduct market analysis, including technical trend analysis and competitive landscape assessment.
• Develop product strategy through market research and technology asset assessment.
• Define product roadmaps and requirements, translating market problems into user stories.
• Oversee product development to ensure on-time, high-quality completion.
• Lead early-stage install support, beta testing, and channel training for new products.
• Act as a subject matter expert, providing information to Marketing, Sales, and Technical Support.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of software development and/or product management experience for an enterprise software company.
• Strong problem-solving skills along with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to effectively and productively interface with customers and executive management.
• Must have experience with cross-functional teams that include engineering, product, sales, and marketing staff.
• BA/BS degree (technical field preferred).
• Proficiency in common email and email security protocols, including SMTP, DMARC, DKIM, SPF, DNS, encryption, and DLP.
• Experience implementing one or more email gateway solutions and administering an M365 email environment.
• Proficient in MS Graph and Powershell, along with one or more scripting/programming languages.
