What you will do

• Define and own the long-term vision and strategy for upper-funnel ads products and brand safety.
• Gather insights from advertisers, users, and sales to translate into innovative Brand ads products.
• Champion hirify.global’s Brand Ads & Safety products and drive energy across the organization.
• Develop, prioritize, maintain, and execute the product roadmap, balancing short-term and long-term innovation.
• Drive execution by choosing success metrics, setting goals, and ensuring accountability.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, data science, design, user research, sales, marketing, and legal teams.

Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience, with at least 4 years in AdTech.
• Experience testing and developing innovative Brand ads ideas.
• Experience driving strategy with Machine Learning based AdTech products.
• Track record of developing and championing product strategy and vision with quantifiable business impact.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Technical degree (computer science, engineering, mathematics, economics, or related field).

Nice to have

• 0-1 Growth experience.
• Proven experience working on large, cross-functional initiatives.
• 6+ years of product management experience in a technology company.
