Location: Stockholm, Sweden, office-first with 1 day remote per week

What you will do

  • Own customer success by guiding onboarding, driving adoption, and aligning solutions with customer goals.
  • Lead strategic account management and develop account plans to meet evolving customer needs.
  • Run business reviews presenting performance insights and demonstrating ROI.
  • Drive renewals, upsell, cross-sell, and negotiate contracts to grow revenue.
  • Engage stakeholders through structured mapping and maintain CRM excellence using HubSpot.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally and leverage AI technologies to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in or able to work from Stockholm, Sweden office
  • 3–5+ years in client-facing roles such as Customer Success or Account Management.
  • Strong analytical skills and technical aptitude with data-driven products.
  • Fluency in English required; German proficiency is a plus.
  • Experience within the Martech ecosystem.
