What you will do
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to grow presence within key enterprise relationships
- Identify automation opportunities that deliver measurable value to customers
- Articulate value proposition effectively against competitors through deep product knowledge
- Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives, industry influencers, and partners
- Manage and forecast sales pipeline to consistently achieve revenue targets
- Collaborate with technical sales and customer success teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Mumbai
- 12+ years of enterprise software sales experience with consultative selling success
- Experience selling to BFSI segment organizations in private and public sectors
- Strong C-level stakeholder management and account strategy development skills
- Technical understanding of automation technologies and digital transformation principles
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills
