What you will do

• Own and articulate the long-term strategic vision and roadmap for the Reinsurance Value Stream aligned with business objectives.
• Lead and mentor Product Owners across Claims, Underwriting, Operations, and Pricing domains.
• Manage combined backlogs ensuring alignment, prioritization, and sequencing of continuous improvement and strategic change initiatives.
• Define and report on key product performance indicators and OKRs demonstrating business value.
• Collaborate with strategic change leadership to align portfolio initiatives and manage dependencies.
• Serve as primary liaison between business stakeholders and delivery squads, managing expectations and communication.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in London or able to work onsite
• 4+ years of product management experience in financial services or insurance, ideally reinsurance.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing multiple direct reports and complex portfolios.
• Deep understanding of insurance value chain including underwriting, operations, pricing, and claims.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with senior leadership engagement.
• Financial acumen including building business cases and understanding ROI.
