What you will do

• Become a subject matter expert on hirify.global’s IT and DEX product portfolio.
• Deliver engaging product demonstrations, workshops, and webinars tailored to customer pain points.
• Conduct detailed discovery sessions to understand customer challenges and objectives and design customized solutions.
• Lead Proof of Value (POV/POC) and pilot engagements to validate solution effectiveness.
• Partner with sales teams throughout the sales cycle and respond to RFx documents.
• Stay current on industry trends and provide feedback to internal teams to influence product roadmap.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years in technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, or enterprise IT consulting.
• Deep understanding of enterprise IT environments, including endpoint management, remote connectivity, and DEX platforms.
• Experience with SaaS applications such as RMM, ITSM, Asset Management, and Observability tools.
• Hands-on experience with APIs, scripting, virtualization, cloud computing, and security protocols.
• Proven ability to engage with C-level stakeholders and translate complex technical concepts into business value.
• Strong presentation, communication, and documentation skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.
