What you will do

• Lead up to three cross-functional development teams within the R&D organization.
• Manage team dynamics, hiring, training, and promote agile ways of working.
• Own delivery commitments and ensure software meets quality, security, and performance standards.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and stakeholders to align on strategic direction.
• Drive continuous improvement in engineering practices and team output.
• Foster team cohesion and celebrate milestones to maintain motivation.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Hyderabad, India (Onsite)
• At least 5 years of hands-on software development experience, including 2 years at Principal or Architecture level.
• Minimum 2 years leading multi-disciplinary Agile development teams (2+ teams of 6-10 engineers).
• Strong knowledge of agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.
• Experience with continuous integration, automated testing, release management, and related tooling.
• Excellent English communication skills for collaboration across departments and cultures.
