What you will do

• Partner with Sales to communicate Grafana's value proposition and strategy to customers
• Own technical engagements and help close complex sales opportunities
• Deliver product and technical presentations to prospects and customers
• Provide customer feedback to Product Management and Engineering teams
• Drive product conversations based on customer needs and challenges
• Contribute to documentation, blog posts, videos, and enablement materials

Requirements

• Must be located in United Kingdom
• 5+ years of technical pre-sales experience
• Excellent written and oral communication skills for remote collaboration
• Strong judgment, collaboration, and leadership abilities
• Technical mindset with desire to grow technically

Nice to have

• Experience with Open Source technologies or Metrics/Monitoring space
• Familiarity with sales methodologies like MEDD(P)ICC
