hirify.global is a global direct-to-consumer e-commerce company headquartered in The Netherlands, operating 50+ online stores with a remote team of 160+ professionals.

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end email marketing across all stores including automated flows and single campaigns.
• Initiate and manage SMS and WhatsApp marketing channels.
• Run A/B tests to optimize subject lines, content, timing, and design.
• Report on campaign performance and track key metrics.
• Own and manage the email marketing calendar aligned with store activities.

Requirements

• Must have at least 3 years of email marketing experience in Fashion or Home industry across Europe or USA
• Proven experience with Klaviyo and Shopify
• Ability to commit 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week
• Independent contractor status with ability to manage own schedule
• Portfolio submission is mandatory
• Data-driven mindset and ownership mentality

Nice to have

• Experience with SMS marketing, WhatsApp marketing, or in-app push notifications
