What you will do

• Design and implement complex web applications using best practices
• Improve engineering and quality standards within the team
• Create and assist with CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
• Participate in hiring and technical interviews
• Coach and supervise middle and junior engineers as needed

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Romania or work remotely from Romania
• Proficient in API architectural styles including monolith, microservices, and serverless
• Strong experience with Node.js and Typescript
• Hands-on experience with testing, Docker, AWS, and Kafka
• Experience designing high-performance backend applications
