What you will do

• Design and implement scalable processes to support hirify.global’s global operations.
• Work closely with CRM, Product, Engineering, and Business stakeholders to build and improve Salesforce solutions.
• Contribute to automation initiatives to reduce manual work and boost efficiency across teams.
• Analyze business requirements, translate them into Salesforce features, and support testing & deployment.
• Help maintain data quality and build insightful dashboards for operational and leadership teams.
• Support international projects that impact markets, learning how CRM powers a global business.

Requirements

• Recently graduated in Engineering, Computer Science, or a similar field.
• Strong interest in business processes, Salesforce, CRM systems, and automation.
• Analytical mindset with good problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working with Google Slides, spreadsheets, SQL, or basic data analysis tools.
• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-moving environment.
• English: Fluent (C1) communication skills, able to explain technical concepts clearly.
