Solution Consultant (Procurement Analytics)

Solution Consultant (Procurement Analytics): Implementing and configuring hirify.global software solutions for global customers, creating integrations to various data sources, and enriching data for world-class procurement analytics with an accent on designing solutions that match customer business needs and providing value. Focus on working with large transactional datasets, leveraging SQL and data visualization tools, and developing working methods within professional services.

Location: Hybrid in Helsinki, Finland (required to join the office a couple of days per week)

Salary: €3,500–€4,600 per month

What you will do

• Implement and configure hirify.global software for customers as part of a project team.
• Design and configure hirify.global solutions to match customer business needs and provide value.
• Facilitate and run customer meetings and workshops.
• Work hands-on with SQL databases, QlikSense, and hirify.global application tools.
• Train customers and partners to draw insights and apply solutions in their daily workflow.
• Develop and improve working methods internally and with partners.

Requirements

• Analytical mindset, structured working style, and ability to work with large data sets.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of running effective customer workshops.
• Ability to take ownership, hands-on mentality, and pro-activeness.
• Basics of SQL and data visualization tools (Qlik Sense, PowerBI, Tableau).
• Consultative, customer-first attitude; able to occasionally travel to meet customers.
• Courage to question things and speak up.
• English: Fluency required.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in finance/procurement domains or basic understanding of supply chain management.
• Consulting, project work, and/or SaaS experience.
