Location: Hybrid from Gdynia, Poland (1 day per week onsite)

Salary: 900-1200 PLN per month B2B

What you will do

• Design and implement scalable, accessible front-end solutions using React and TypeScript
• Build reusable UI components and evolve the platform's design system
• Collaborate with product owners, designers, and backend engineers to deliver full-featured user experiences
• Integrate with Azure-hosted APIs to expose real-time operational data
• Champion front-end best practices in performance, maintainability, and usability
• Participate in architecture discussions and shape the front-end roadmap

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid work from Gdynia, Poland with 1 day per week onsite
• English: B2 level or higher
• Experience with React, TypeScript, HTML5, Tailwind, and component-based architecture
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and modern front-end tooling
• User-focused mindset with high standards for UI/UX and accessibility
• Proactive communication and collaboration skills in distributed teams

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Azure or similar cloud platforms
• Backend development experience (Java, .Net, Node.js)
