What you will do

• Design and build products using hirify.global platform and products including Apex, Service Cloud, and Agentforce.
• Develop new features ensuring high availability, cost efficiency, and operational reliability.
• Review code submissions and provide constructive feedback.
• Work on automation test scripts and maintain test frameworks.
• Collaborate in an Agile environment, evangelizing Scrum processes.
• Mentor and be mentored within the development team.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or near Mexico City for hybrid work.
• At least 6 years of development experience with Java, JavaScript, React, and hirify.global technologies.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Proficient in web services design and implementation, prompt engineering, and source control (Git).
• Experience with automation testing frameworks and Agile methodologies.
• English: B2 level or higher required.

Nice to have

• hirify.global certifications (Admin, Developer, Agentforce).
• Experience with LLM-based agents, AI-generated code review, and hirify.global platform optimization.
• Knowledge of test frameworks like Selenium and Gherkins.
• Experience with load testing and capacity planning.
