What you will do

• Identify growth opportunities for marketing through market analysis and internal research.
• Create and enhance MarTech products from discovery to implementation.
• Maintain and improve A/B testing infrastructure for key marketing services.
• Coordinate work across developers, analysts, and creative marketing teams.

Requirements

• Location: Must be able to work onsite in Kyiv, Ukraine
• 1+ year experience in product management or similar role.
• Understanding of creative marketing and production processes impacting user acquisition and marketing metrics.
• Passion for growth-hacking and marketing automation.
• Ability to communicate complex topics clearly to diverse audiences.
