Customer Success Manager

TL;DR

Customer Success Manager (SaaS): Manage and support global clients to maximize value from procurement analytics software with an accent on client engagement, onboarding, and cross-functional collaboration. Focus on driving customer adoption, solving complex procurement analytics problems, and coordinating development projects.

Location: Hybrid in Helsinki, Finland with at least 2 days per week onsite and occasional travel.

Salary: 3900–4500 EUR per month depending on experience.

What you will do

• Be the main contact for dedicated customers, driving effective engagements and ensuring optimal user adoption.
• Own the customer journey and coordinate client activities and development projects.
• Support Procurement, Finance, and IT functions to maximize value from hirify.global’s software.
• Communicate client requirements internally to enable issue resolution and product development.
• Collaborate with Key Account Managers to ensure client satisfaction, growth, and retention.
• Onboard and train new clients to utilize application insights effectively.

Requirements

• Location: Must be able to work hybrid in Helsinki with at least 2 days onsite and occasional travel.
• English: Fluent communication and presentation skills required.
• Experience building strong client relationships and understanding business context.
• Tech-savvy with analytical mindset and experience with BI tools like PowerBI, Tableau, or QlikSense.
• Organized, structured, and able to take ownership of diverse tasks.
• Understanding of IT industry and SaaS business context.

Nice to have

• Experience or understanding of procurement and supply chain.
• Additional language skills such as French or German.
