What you will do

• Design, implement, and maintain build and deployment pipelines for iOS, macOS, Android, and Windows applications.
• Manage and optimize macOS build infrastructure using Anka for scalability and reliability.
• Develop automation scripts and internal tooling to improve build speed and developer experience.
• Integrate workflows across Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and Xcode Cloud.
• Collaborate with app development teams to streamline CI/CD processes and resolve issues.
• Implement security best practices in build and deployment systems.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for pipelines and infrastructure.
• Partner with Cloud, Security, and Platform teams to align CI/CD practices.

Requirements

• Must be based in or have sponsorship to work in the Czech Republic.
• 2+ years experience in DevOps, Build Engineering, or CI/CD roles.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Xcode Cloud.
• Scripting skills in Python, Bash, or Groovy.
• Familiarity with macOS build environments and Apple Developer tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with Android and Windows build tooling.
• Practical experience with Anka or macOS virtualization.
• Knowledge of Terraform and configuration-as-code workflows.
• Understanding of code signing and app store processes.
• Experience monitoring build infrastructure performance.
