What you will do
- Manage multi-channel ad networks including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), X, Reddit, Quora, Pinterest, Taboola, Outbrain, and AppLovin.
- Enforce compliance frameworks across funnels, landing pages, and ad creatives.
- Coordinate with creative production teams to optimize ad assets for conversion.
- Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests to extract actionable insights.
- Own daily and hourly budget deployment, maximizing ROI through tight monitoring.
- Implement and manage ad spend automation tools.
- Maintain full transparency of performance analytics and deliver structured reporting.
- Expand and adapt campaigns to multiple geographies with full ownership.
- Lead UA specialists, enforce accountability, and align stakeholders on growth goals.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience leading user acquisition with hands-on experience scaling web products in high-scale, multi-channel environments.
- Mastery of Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads with deep platform knowledge.
- Hands-on experience with ad networks such as Taboola, Outbrain, and AppLovin.
- Proven record of building and scaling compliance-driven funnels and ad creative frameworks.
- Strong background in creative production processes and data-driven optimization.
- Advanced skills in A/B testing, marketing analytics, and ad automation tools.
- Fluent in English.
