What you will do

• Invent and design hypotheses and tests, collaborating with design, analytics, and development experts.
• Transform high-level hypotheses into product changes for real users, implementing proof-of-concept and MVP versions.
• Support the development team in delivering functionality to the end-user.
• Evaluate the impact of your hypotheses on product metrics and determine further steps, in collaboration with other Product Managers and the analytics team.
• Conduct ongoing user and market research to find product growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Track record of personal achievements in an operations-heavy business or in any role within a product team.
• Practice in implementing data-based business solutions.
• Skills in goal setting and execution.
• English: B2 required
