Salary: €3,500–€4,400 per month (base), with uncapped, performance-based earnings.

What you will do

  • Take full ownership of new sales within your designated region.
  • Build credibility and engage effectively with senior stakeholders, including CPOs, CFOs, VPs, and Directors.
  • Actively participate in marketing activities and use social selling to generate insights and leads.
  • Travel to client sites when necessary, typically a few days per month.
  • Shape the sales process to align with your strengths and contribute to continuous growth.
  • Become a subject matter expert in Procurement Analytics, advising potential clients on strategic procurement digitalization.

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B SaaS sales or account management is required.
  • Proven track record of success as a B2B sales hunter.
  • Fluent written and spoken English skills are essential.
  • Ability and motivation to take ownership of new sales in your region.
  • Strong consultative selling skills with diligence and patience.
