What you will do
- Deliver digital-first customer support via Intercom for global customers.
- Handle various queries on products, markets, and platforms.
- Achieve high productivity and quality targets, aiming for 80%+ CSAT scores consistently.
- Collaborate with local and global operations teams to ensure seamless customer journeys.
- Ensure first-time resolution and take ownership of customer interactions.
- Champion customer experience and advocate for process improvements.
Requirements
- English: C1 (Fluency in written and verbal)
- Proven track record in customer service excellence.
- Demonstrated ability to handle complex, sensitive customer issues.
- Strong communication skills across digital and phone channels.
- Genuine passion for customer service and empathy in client interactions.
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Ability to master complex financial products and trading concepts rapidly.
Nice to have
- Previous experience with financial products, derivatives, or trading platforms.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
