What you will do
- Lead the design and development of advanced dashboards for application health, performance, and business metrics.
- Shape and embed Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles to improve reliability, scalability, and incident response.
- Champion automation initiatives for monitoring, alerting, and reporting to reduce operational overhead.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor, influencing strategic decisions and ensuring platform stability.
- Analyze complex performance trends to inform capacity planning, disaster recovery, and compliance.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering continuous improvement and technical excellence.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in building and optimizing dashboards using tools like Pega, Grafana, or Kibana.
- Deep understanding of SRE principles, including reliability engineering, monitoring, and incident management.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and data visualization techniques.
- Proven ability to lead technical initiatives and influence cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Nice to have
- Expertise in Pega CDH or similar decisioning platforms.
- Experience in automation and scripting for monitoring and reporting.
