What you will do

• Lead the design and development of advanced dashboards for application health, performance, and business metrics.
• Shape and embed Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles to improve reliability, scalability, and incident response.
• Champion automation initiatives for monitoring, alerting, and reporting to reduce operational overhead.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor, influencing strategic decisions and ensuring platform stability.
• Analyze complex performance trends to inform capacity planning, disaster recovery, and compliance.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering continuous improvement and technical excellence.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in building and optimizing dashboards using tools like Pega, Grafana, or Kibana.
• Deep understanding of SRE principles, including reliability engineering, monitoring, and incident management.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and data visualization techniques.
• Proven ability to lead technical initiatives and influence cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Expertise in Pega CDH or similar decisioning platforms.
• Experience in automation and scripting for monitoring and reporting.
