What you will do

• Run and improve key People Operations processes including onboarding and offboarding.
• Support employees with system, policy, and contract questions while identifying root causes and improving knowledge base.
• Maintain and clean HRIS and other people data tools to ensure accuracy.
• Create and update onboarding materials, internal guides, and process documentation.
• Assist recruitment with scheduling, contracts, and logistics to enhance candidate and hiring team experience.

Requirements

• Must be based in Berlin.
• Currently enrolled in a university program related to HR, Business, Psychology, Law, or similar.
• Proactive, curious, and self-driven with strong problem-solving skills.
• Calm under ambiguity and able to bring structure and clarity.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Interest in tools and systems such as Personio, Leapsome, Notion, or Google Sheets is a plus.
