What you will do

• Align program objectives with the company's overall strategy and set long-term goals.
• Manage multiple projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they meet deadlines and stay within budget.
• Act as primary liaison, ensuring transparent communication among project teams, customers, and senior management.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and conflicts, troubleshoot problems, and develop processes to address gaps.
• Produce accurate and timely program status reports for leadership and stakeholders.
• Develop and implement evaluation methods to assess program strengths and identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

• BS in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• 4+ years in Program Management with a software security company.
• Previous experience in a fast-paced, startup software environment.
• Good technical acumen; able to understand cybersecurity terms, workflows, and functions.
• Exceptional organizational, time management, analytical, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• PMP certification preferred.
