What you will do

• Craft compelling product positioning and messaging that resonates with global offshore audiences.
• Lead global Go-To-Market initiatives, including launch campaigns and promotions.
• Support sales enablement by creating high-impact sales kits, web content, and training.
• Continuously analyze market and customer insights, including competitive landscape and shifts.
• Gather client feedback to inform domain, product development, and marketing plans.
• Guide content and channel strategy for consistent messaging across digital channels and events.
• Utilize HubSpot, define KPIs, and monitor campaign performance to adapt GTM strategies.
• Advance the adoption and implementation of GenAI tools in product marketing workflows.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B product marketing.
• Solid understanding of offshore operations and/or weather-related services.
• Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot preferred).
• English: Great written and verbal communication skills required.
• Strong analytical mindset, able to interpret data into actionable marketing decisions.
• Collaborative working style, with experience partnering across functions.
• Curiosity and openness to adopting AI-assisted tools for marketing efficiency.
