What you will do
- Craft compelling product positioning and messaging that resonates with global offshore audiences.
- Lead global Go-To-Market initiatives, including launch campaigns and promotions.
- Support sales enablement by creating high-impact sales kits, web content, and training.
- Continuously analyze market and customer insights, including competitive landscape and shifts.
- Gather client feedback to inform domain, product development, and marketing plans.
- Guide content and channel strategy for consistent messaging across digital channels and events.
- Utilize HubSpot, define KPIs, and monitor campaign performance to adapt GTM strategies.
- Advance the adoption and implementation of GenAI tools in product marketing workflows.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B product marketing.
- Solid understanding of offshore operations and/or weather-related services.
- Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot preferred).
- English: Great written and verbal communication skills required.
- Strong analytical mindset, able to interpret data into actionable marketing decisions.
- Collaborative working style, with experience partnering across functions.
- Curiosity and openness to adopting AI-assisted tools for marketing efficiency.
