Software Integration Engineer

Location: Hybrid onsite role based in Atlanta, GA office (3 days in office)

What you will do

• Design and develop enterprise system integrations and interfaces.
• Support application lifecycle through integration development, management, and monitoring.
• Maintain and upgrade multiple production systems and develop custom applications.
• Collaborate with internal teams and customers to resolve complex issues and provide live support.
• Create documentation and training materials for customers and internal teams.
• Prepare reports and presentations on progress and improvements.

Requirements

• Location: Must be able to work onsite in Atlanta, GA (hybrid role)
• Bachelor’s degree in STEM or related field with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with COTS/SaaS software administration and enterprise integration tools (MuleSoft, Boomi, Tibco).
• Proficiency in APIs (REST, SOAP), programming languages (Python, Java), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience in customer-facing roles and software development lifecycle.

Nice to have

• Experience with Asset Performance Management or asset health systems.
• Knowledge of advanced analytics or business intelligence systems.
• Experience with electrical generation, transmission, distribution assets, or substation equipment.
